People that do a workout have to have something in mind. Mainly to lose weight, right?
If you have that goal(to lose weight) then you need something to push you. When your on that threadmill running, spriting on a high level, almost to that mile marker...almost there....GO GO GO...stop. Think about it. What is making you go? Not your belly fat, no one else, but you. You need to want it. You will get no where without wanting it.
Before you go and do your next workout...think for a second. Why do you want to workout? Dont do it cause that person called you "fat". Do it for you.
You wont get anywhere with wanting "it". Find your "it reason " today!
