Time to get into shape! My friend has inspired me to go on a health kick. We are going to get into shape. By eating right, workouts, support and more.
It is very good for you to eat right. Our bodies want lots but it is more important of what our body needs. Needing is completely different than wanting. We will give our body what it needs and now choose to not give it what it wants.
Working out is a key. It is one thing to eat right but to workout is to put the food in the body of where you need it. We all happen to complain that we have to do extra work. We need to not complain the extra workouts here and there. It will all help us in the end.
Support is a huge key to being in shape. It is one thing to try and set your mind to a plan. But it will absolutely be easier to have the support of the ones your love to help you keep going with your healthy plan.
I have my mind set on being on this health kick. But now that i am eating right, working out without complaining and i have the support of my loves, now i am prepared to go on this health kick and stay on this health kick. It will be challenge, but im not complaining.

Bucket List
I have been inspired to make a bucket list. I am going to make this in a binder, where I can add pages as I go. As I am doing this, I am seeing how much I still have to live. All the things that I still have to complete in my life. Sometimes I get in the mood that i dont understand why i am here. And i will now have my bucket list to prove that i am here for a reason. I still have many things to do in my life. And i will not let anyone tell me different. My bucket list gives me something to look forward too. My bucket list inspires me to have more goals in my life. Its never a bad thing to have hopes, goals and wishes. Because one day, ill have the power to back through my list and look at how much ive done in my life. That is because one day, my bucket list will be my "Completed List".
